The second China International (Foshan) Prefabricated Vegetable Industry Conference has recently concluded. 16 agricultural enterprises in our city participated in the conference, and through several days of product display and promotion, nearly 300 supply chains, large chain restaurants, and other enterprises reached cooperation intentions with Jiangmen agricultural enterprises.

Merchants from over ten countries (regions) around the world, as well as over twenty provinces, over a thousand prefabricated food industry chain enterprises, and over a thousand prefabricated food purchasers in China, gathered at the exhibition to witness the development of the prefabricated food industry with their signature dishes. The products on display in the exhibition hall of our city are rich in categories and cover a wide range. They mainly display more than 50 categories, including pig's foot ginger, Zongzi, French goose liver, hot spring eggs, fish slices, canned aquatic products, instant Taishan Rice noodles, Cantonese Dim sum, tangerine peel, Magang goose, etc. Many procurement managers from supply chains and large chain restaurants have also come to our city for business negotiations with participating companies. The attending leaders and guests fully affirmed the pre made dishes in Jiangmen, believing that these products are highly distinctive of the local area.

At the conference, the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau won the Excellent Organization Award Golden Dragon Award at the 2nd China International (Foshan) Prefabricated Vegetable Industry Conference, and Guangdong Yishan Food Co., Ltd., a prefabricated vegetable enterprise in our city, won the Enterprise Golden Dragon Award at the 2nd China International (Foshan) Prefabricated Vegetable Industry Conference.
