Recently, the "Hong Kong and Macao Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Hundred Thousand Person Bay Area Tour" event was held in Jiangmen. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau led some enterprises in Jiangmen to Macao for exchanges, enhancing the willingness of Hong Kong and Macao youth to come to Macao for employment and entrepreneurship, and establishing a friendly cooperation bridge for the development of the two regions.
During this trip to Macau, our exchange delegation visited universities such as City University of Macau, University of Macau Science and Technology, and Macau Tourism Institute. Representatives of Jiangmen enterprises had in-depth exchanges with Macau students, sharing entrepreneurial stories from overseas Chinese and exploring market trends in Jiangmen.
During this time, the exchange team participated in the "Campus Entrepreneurship and Employment Carnival" of City University of Macau, bringing 27 positions to assist Macau youth in finding employment in mainland China. At the same time, we have successfully promoted the establishment of the "Entrepreneurship and Employment Training Base" by City University of Macau in the Zhuxi Advanced Industry Excellent Talents Entrepreneurship and Innovation Park in our city, and built a platform for the integration of industry, education, and government, school, and enterprise. At the Macau Tourism Institute, the exchange team exchanged ideas with the school's leaders on the vocational skills recognition benchmark curriculum system, training standards, etc., promoting cooperation in vocational skills training, employment and entrepreneurship services, and other areas.
On this trip, the exchange team also visited the Macau Women's Federation and discussed with its Vice Chairman, Luo Ping, and others how to establish a long-term exchange system for skilled talents in Macau and a mechanism for linking training and evaluation resources, in order to promote the development of the "Macau (Jiangmen) Training Jiangmen Evaluation" project and strengthen the research and learning exchange of skilled personnel in Macau.
Jiangmen and Macau are closely related and geographically close. This trip to Macau has promoted the integration of youth and creative resources between the two regions, further attracting talents from Macau to gather in Jiangmen. The Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security will continue to hold a series of exchange activities, improve the construction of the Jiangmen Zhuxi Advanced Industry Excellent Talents Entrepreneurship and Innovation Park as the "Jiangmen Employment and Entrepreneurship First Station" for Hong Kong and Macao youth, create a number of Hong Kong and Macao entrepreneurship incubation brands and demonstration projects, provide full chain services for Hong Kong and Macao youth employment and entrepreneurship, and help Hong Kong and Macao youth integrate into Jiangmen, build their dreams in Jiangmen, and realize their dreams in Jiangmen.
