Waihai Noodles

Having a long history of more than 100 years, the noodles were firstly named after its origination. Therefore, the noodles are also known as“Waihai Bamboo Noodles”. In the past, people used duck eggs to make doughs. Then the doughs were painstakingly flattened with a bamboo pole, in order to make the flour more elastic. It is a unique traditional delicacy in Jiangmen.
