The Jiangmen Overseas Chinese Youth Federation held its fifth member representative conference and the inauguration ceremony of the fifth council. Dai Wenwei, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Overseas Chinese Federation, Hu Nianfang, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference, and over 400 representatives of overseas Chinese from 30 countries and regions around the world attended the event.

Jiangmen Overseas Chinese Youth Association is an important social organization in our city to carry out new overseas Chinese work and conserve overseas Chinese resources. In the past few years, the Jiangmen Overseas Chinese Youth Association has played a role in providing contact services and bridging the gap, attracting investment and talent, creating a youth entrepreneurship and innovation base for overseas Chinese, and guiding outstanding overseas Chinese youth to develop in Jiangmen; Build a platform to establish a global Jiangmen Wuyi youth club exchange network and serve the development of overseas Chinese youth; Enthusiastic about public welfare, building the "Love Embrace" charity work brand, promoting the establishment of the Warm Overseas Chinese Fund, and making unremitting efforts for the development of Jiangmen.

The conference elected Chen Jieheng as the Chief President and Yang Xuedong as the Chairman. Next, the Jiangmen Overseas Chinese Youth Association will gather the hearts and efforts of overseas Chinese, strive to expand new channels for outreach work, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with overseas Chinese youth organizations in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area region; Conserve overseas Chinese resources and strengthen the work of the new generation of overseas Chinese; Do a good job in service work, guide young people in the overseas Chinese community to innovate and start businesses, achieve their dreams, and assist Jiangmen in high-quality development; Participate in social public welfare, especially overseas Chinese assistance public welfare undertakings, and focus on the "High quality Development Project of Hundred Counties, Thousand Towns, and Ten Thousand Villages" to serve rural revitalization and promote the development of overseas Chinese youth undertakings.

On the same day, a high-quality symposium on overseas Chinese assistance to Jiangmen, a ceremony for awarding the Overseas Chinese Elite Award, and a signing ceremony for promoting volunteer service cooperation were also held.
