Recently, students of Wuyi University have achieved good results in many national competitions.

Recently, the final of the third "Weirui Cup" National Undergraduate Chemical Experiment Innovation Design Competition, sponsored by the China Chemical Society and the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education, was held in Xiamen University. The "Yu Guang Chang Yao" team, composed of 2019 and 2020 undergraduate students Liao Hongyi, Huang Mingjun and Liang Zhenyu from the College of Biotechnology and Big Health of Wuyi University, won the first prize of the national prize.

In addition, the 2022 World Robotics Conference was recently held in Beijing Yichuang International Convention and Exhibition Center. As an important part of the conference, the World Robotics Competition - BCI Brain Controlled Robotics Competition was staged simultaneously and a fierce championship competition was held. The Brainstorming team led by Professor Wang Hongtao and Dr. Chen Chuangquan of Wuyi University competed with 15 finalists from well-known universities and scientific research institutions, such as Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, University of Macau, Zhejiang University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and finally won the championship (first prize) and comprehensive third prize (third prize) of the parietal lobe brain machine in BCI Brain Controller Contest.

In addition, in the final of the 17th National College Students' Intelligent Automobile Competition held recently, Chen Feiwen, Liao Zuhao and Ou Jiesen, students of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department of Wuyi University, won the first prize. In the 2022 (fifth) National University Economic Decision Virtual Simulation Experiment Contest held by the China Association of Business Economics, the team composed of Huang Zhiliang, Yang Hexiazi and Zhao Ruida, students of the School of Economics and Management of Wuyi University, won the second prize in the national final.
